1. All store labels must be removed before sale, this is your responsibility as the customer.
2. We do not accept returns for any reason, unless the stock is damaged then it must be returned at your cost within 7 days for inspection only then will any refund or replacement be vaildated. No returns are accepted after 7 days.
3. We do not accept customer returns to you [wear & tear], this is wholly your responsability
4. We can only accept full cartons as returns, we cannot under any circumstances accept single pairs, it is down to you the customer to check the stock before you start selling.
5. Should we sell out of an item ordered, we will replace it with another within the range or with something that has already been bought to the same or greater value to a max of £45.00 Net, there is no exception to this. Over this we will call you.
